REAL ESTATE MARKETS
- We have had our first contract on a house in Warrenton for a short sale totally ignored by the bank. Therefore the contract has expired and is now void. We have said we will revisit the property if we feel like it in 90 days and tell the bank what we think it is worth then. We will be looking at bringing offers down 20k a month.We are currently purchasing an estate home in Leesburg VA valued at 50 per cent below current market value. We are looking to purchase condos or houses in the Outer Banks NC and also Myrtle Beach SC and cabins near ski resorts/state parks in VA and WVA. The Northern VA market in some areas is set to do well once again due to military personnel being sent here and demand once again for housing especially around Fort Belvoir in Fairfax county.
